Application to become Resident

Welcome to the online application to become a resident of Cambridge Park at Oakland Park Homeowners Association, Inc.

PLEASE be sure to read the following important information:

  1. This application includes a copy of the rules and regulations. 
  2. You will need to submit supporting documents in hard copy, which can be mailed or submitted in person at the office. Instructions will be given at the end of the application. 
  3. All forms must be completed in full. Incomplete forms or applications with missing documents will not be accepted, delaying the processing of your application. 
  4. Real One Property Management processes applications. Once processed, the application is sent to the Association for their review. If your application is approved, you will be notified and required to meet with the board of directors for a personal interview.
  5. Under no circumstances shall the prospective resident move into the property before the consent is issued by the Association (Board of Directors).
NOTE: The application is not completed until the office receives the application payment and supporting documentation in Hard Copy - No supporting document will be accepted via email.

CHECKLIST. Items required to complete this application:

  1. Complete ONE (1) application per person over 18 years of age, regardless of marital status (Marital Status only matters for the payment) 
  2. Copy of sales contract or lease agreement. Must be submitted in hard copy; see instructions at the end of the application.
  3. Clear copy of driver's license or State issued ID for all adult applicants. 
  4. Clear copy of car registration for all vehicles residing at the property. 
  5. Proof of Income. It can be Bank Statements showing pay-roll deposits or Pay-stubs from the past four (4) payments.

DOCUMENTS you MUST bring to the office or mail; see mailing instructions below:

  1. Copy of sales contract or lease agreement. Must be submitted in hard copy; see instructions at the end of the application.
